Meet Our Team:

David Young

Director

David is an experienced accountant, board advisor, and business valuation specialist with 35 years of practice, preparing business valuations and forensic reports since 1997.

He has prepared valuations and acted as an expert witness for matters before the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Courts, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as for acquisitions, employee share schemes, and strategic planning. In the past year, he has valued over 60 entities worth $400M across Australia, the U.S., and the U.K.

A Fellow of the IPA and IFA, he sits on the BVI UK Standards and Ethics Board and has completed international valuation training.

Tania Fitzgerald

Accountant, Senior Business Valuation Analyst

Tania is an experienced accountant with a diverse background spanning public practice, commercial businesses, government, and the medical and professional sectors. She specialises in business valuations, strategic financial reporting, outsourced CFO services, and forensic accounting.

Tania brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to streamlining operations, improving systems, and driving business efficiency. Passionate about solving complex challenges, she helps clients achieve their goals with tailored, strategic advice.

Tania holds the Business Valuation iiBV / BVIUK accreditation and is an accredited member of the BVIUK.

Angus Young

Junior Business Analyst

Angus is a dedicated Junior Business Analyst. Working part-time in the business where he brings a strong analytical mindset and a passion for financial and property markets.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Finance and Property Economics, he applies academic knowledge to real-world business data analytics, market research, and strategic insights.

With a keen eye for detail, Angus undertakes thorough research and analysis to support informed decision-making. He is committed to his professional growth and is constantly honing his skills in financial analysis and economic trends.

Mackenzie Fitzgerald

Administrative and Personal Assistant

We understand that smooth operations are the backbone of any successful business, that’s where Mackenzie comes in.

Mackenzie plays a crucial role in keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes. She is always ready to lend a hand and support our team no matter the role, allowing our team to focus on delivering excellent service to our clients. Mackenzie has solid bookkeeping and software management skills.

Mackenzie has completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and holds both the Xero Advisor and Payroll Certifications.
